Our memory is tricky. Often, my parents tell me sweet stories from when I was little. I love the stories, but I don’t remember them. Sometimes I feel as though they imagine these events. Still, some things will remain in our minds no matter how old we grow—certain happenings from our youth that left a mark on us.

You’re in love. You feel butterflies, and every cell of your body breathes for your loved one. Life has a new meaning. You don’t need anything other than the one you love. You generously express deep feelings of love for each other, and pure happiness radiates all around.
“Oh, no! Tomorrow is Monday again, and I don’t feel like going to work.”
“I hate Mondays.” “I hate my alarm clock. I wish to discover a way to live without being a slave to it. I wish I could sleep every night for as long as possible.” “My working day passes so slowly. I can’t wait for it to end.” “Thank God it is Friday!” “Why do weekends fly by so quickly?” “I need a holiday. Writing is one of the best therapies that exist. Whether on paper, computer, phone, or a tablet, it is helpful. Whenever you feel like writing, just do it. Let the words flow out of your mind and heart. It doesn’t have to make sense to anyone but you. Some people may find it easier to express themselves in writing rather than verbally. The time you have to think makes you escape the fear of immediate reaction. Take your time and play with the words until you feel they are right.
