Whatever the case, just write

Writing is one of the best therapies that exist. Either on paper, computer, phone or tablet, in any form it is helpful. Whenever you feel like writing, just do it. Let the words flow out of your mind and heart. It doesn’t have to make sense to anyone but you. Some people may find easier to express themselves in writing than verbally. While you will have time to choose the best words, you will also escape the fear of immediate reaction. Take your time and play with the words until you feel you got them right. One can write about anything. About a dream, a fantasy, a love story, happenings during the day, an apology or a greeting, everything is permitted in the world of writing. There it is no good or bad.
It’s the connection between you and the infinite way of expressing yourself. Use the words to help you express. You feel stressed. Write. You are in love. Write. You are sad. Write. You are dreaming. Write. You have an idea. Write. You are sorry. Write. You are angry. Write. Whatever’s the reason, just write. The words will do exactly what you need them to. They won’t judge you. They won’t scream at you. They won’t criticize you. They will speak back to you precisely as you laid them down. Either read immediately or many years later, words will enrich the life of the one that reads them. Life can be often easier if you write about traumatic moments, it’s as if it lifts a burden. When shared with somebody, you will feel better. You will realize you are not alone. Someone is there for you. Sometimes it is easier to talk, understand and help somebody you don’t know. You may find out also that somebody else lived similar painful moments. Or you may feel the urge to share your happiness with the world. Someone is there for this as well, smile with you, being happy with you.

My story is like this. I started to write for myself. Then I took the next step and wrote a book. This here is the part that I am sharing with you in my writing on the blog. The topics will be about different kinds of life issues. These are my thoughts which I wish to share. I don’t expect that we think alike. I don’t want to impose the way I see things. I don’t expect you to see them entirely the way I do. I am aware of the differences. Maybe I can give you a different perspective regarding certain things and I am fully prepared to know yours. Maybe I can inspire you in some way and you can inspire me. Whatever I write on this blog it’s simply meant to create or inspire a better minute, day or life. Therefore I truly encourage you to share your way of seeing things, your problems, things that make you happy. Anything that you feel like sharing with me and anyone else that decides to follow this blog.

Whatever the case, just write. My only request is to not judge anything or anyone. Because I don’t see why would it be a problem to be different. Do you?

I DO love writing and, for me, reading an email or letter from someone is more magical then hearing the same words spoken out loud :) Also, when I have a problem and I need to understand it better, I find that writing it down and analyzing it and also adding all the facts I know about it, it brings more clarity!

But...from this type of writing to writing a book it takes a BIG leap, which I am not saying that I would never do it:)

Dear Mariana,

I am really happy to hear this. In any form, writing has its own magic. This doesn't mean that each one of us will write a book. I am convinced though, that each individual has its unique life story, that written entirely or not, IT IS WORTH living!
When there will be the time for you to write a book, believe me, you will know it! :)

Enjoy reading and writing :)

"In hope of a world, that does not celebrate the fake & the cold
In hope of a world where true emotions can be uphold
In hope of a world where truth is told
In hope of the world where sugar coated abuses are not sold
In hope of a world that does not force you to fit in & fold
In hope of a world where tears are allowed to unfold
You are not told to fake happy when your heart can no longer hold
In the hope of a world that doesn’t go numb & cold,
While faking positivity & not being bold
In  hope of that world where you &  I can be true to our core
We are not judged for being human
And not expected to be a bot, running on a computer code
Let the beauty of true emotions and the warmth of real unfold
Sweet, sour, bitter, happy, sad, high, low, cold
    Sincere  bonds and true connects
Let us  not turn the world into a  fake emotion(less)  zone"
