Whatever the case, just write

Writing is one of the best therapies that exist. Whether on paper, computer, phone, or a tablet, it is helpful. Whenever you feel like writing, just do it. Let the words flow out of your mind and heart. It doesn’t have to make sense to anyone but you. Some people may find it easier to express themselves in writing rather than verbally. The time you have to think makes you escape the fear of immediate reaction. Take your time and play with the words until you feel they are right.
Everything is permitted in the world of writing. You can write about anything you wish: a dream, a fantasy, a love story, events during the day, an apology, or your memoir. In writing, there is no good and no bad. It’s the connection between you and the infinite way of expressing yourself. Use the words to help you speak.

If you feel stressed, write.
If you are in love, write.
If you are sad, write.
If you are dreaming, write.
If you have an idea, write.
If you are sorry, write.
If you are angry, write.

Whatever the reason, just write. The words will do precisely what you need them to do. They won’t judge you. They won’t scream at you. They won’t criticize you. They will speak back to you as you lay them down. Either immediately or many years later, words will enrich the lives of those who read them.

Life can often be easier if you write about its traumatic moments. It’s as if this lifts a burden. When shared with somebody, you will feel better. You will realize you are not alone. Someone is there for you. Sometimes it is easier to talk to, understand, and help somebody you don’t know. You may discover that others have lived similar painful experiences.

You may feel the urge to share your happiness with the world. Someone is there for this as well. Hopefully, you will find other people who will smile and be happy with you.

One day I wrote a book, and it felt great to use my imagination and bring this message into this world: “Let anyone love whomever their heart chooses.” I started to write for myself. I could quickly stop at that, as it is one of the best therapies. Then I wrote another book. Whether I proceed to publish or not, writing will remain one of my excellent healing therapies.

The short stories and reflections from this collection are something else I chose to share. They are my thoughts on different situations we face in daily life.
I don’t expect everyone thinks alike.
I don’t want to impose the way I see things.
I don’t expect you to see them entirely the way I do.
I am aware of the differences.
Maybe I can give you an alternative perspective regarding specific issues or situations.
Maybe I can inspire you in some other way.

Whatever I write, it’s simply hoping I might create or inspire a better minute, day, or life. I do want to play my role in making the world a better place. Everything starts with one person. My only request is to not judge anything or anyone. There are plenty of positive things we can do and share with others. Next time you look at yourself in the mirror or at others, instead of criticism, share a smile.

If you see someone needing help, help as much as possible.
Don’t forget that you are the first person you need to help. Only then you can help others too.

If writing is not for you, I hope you found the therapy that helps you. Everyone needs something, this is my opinion. The solution is to regularly practice the specific mindfulness technique that you find best for you and enjoy inner peace and happiness.

Wishing you lots of smiles, peace of mind, and soul

I DO love writing and, for me, reading an email or letter from someone is more magical then hearing the same words spoken out loud :) Also, when I have a problem and I need to understand it better, I find that writing it down and analyzing it and also adding all the facts I know about it, it brings more clarity!

But...from this type of writing to writing a book it takes a BIG leap, which I am not saying that I would never do it:)

Dear Mariana,

I am really happy to hear this. In any form, writing has its own magic. This doesn't mean that each one of us will write a book. I am convinced though, that each individual has its unique life story, that written entirely or not, IT IS WORTH living!
When there will be the time for you to write a book, believe me, you will know it! :)

Enjoy reading and writing :)

"In hope of a world, that does not celebrate the fake & the cold
In hope of a world where true emotions can be uphold
In hope of a world where truth is told
In hope of the world where sugar coated abuses are not sold
In hope of a world that does not force you to fit in & fold
In hope of a world where tears are allowed to unfold
You are not told to fake happy when your heart can no longer hold
In the hope of a world that doesn’t go numb & cold,
While faking positivity & not being bold
In  hope of that world where you &  I can be true to our core
We are not judged for being human
And not expected to be a bot, running on a computer code
Let the beauty of true emotions and the warmth of real unfold
Sweet, sour, bitter, happy, sad, high, low, cold
    Sincere  bonds and true connects
Let us  not turn the world into a  fake emotion(less)  zone"
